Booking Information
The Minimum Stay is 5 days on the Full Moon period.
The Minimum stay is 5 Nights at Xmas and 7 nights over the New Year.
The deposit payment required is to cover 30% of your stay Low season and 40% of your stay (Peak and High Seasons).
Extra beds are only available within the Superior Range only and are charged at 500 Baht per night including breakfast.
Single person discount: 150 Baht per night.
Check in time 12 Noon, check out time 11 am. Late check out by appointment (2 pm) and early check in by appointment.
Full moon week is defined as full moon night plus the 4 days before and after full moon night.
Compulsory Gala Dinner: New Year`s Eve 2012 : 1,700 Baht per person - includes cocktails and 2 way New Year Party Taxi (Haad Rin).

Early Bird Promotion
Book 90 days in advance and receive a 15% discount (applicable for any dates and all room types excluding Christmas and New Year period).
The promotion is not including full moon weeks in high season or peak season.
Cancellation Policy
7 days notice required - no penalty.
4-6 days notice - 1 night charge.
Deposits will be returned less any transaction charges (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction) when adequate notice is given as detailed above.
For deposits when no adequate notice is given a transfer of the booking to a later date can usually be made - subject to availability and resort approval.
No shows are charged at 100%.
